Radcliffes acted as Project Managers and Employer’s Agent for the redevelopment. The team were engaged at an early stage to manage the concept design, design development and procurement phases. We managed the party wall process and neighbourly matters which were a key element throughout the delivery stages with the property being situated in a densely occupied residential area.
Radciffes managed the project through construction and site activities ensuring the works progressed in accordance with the budget, programme and design requirements.
