Aircraft Factory
The Aircraft Factory is a former aircraft assembly and piano factory located adjacent to the Brackenbury Village conservation area in Hammersmith. A number of options were considered for the site including demolition and redevelopment prior to the comprehensive refurbishment works.

Radcliffes acted as Project Managers and Employer’s Agent for the refurbishment of the building. Starting as a phased refurbishment in an occupied building, the project evolved and the whole building was refurbished, externally redecorated and re-landscaped including necessary utility upgrades.
Our Impact
Following initial feasibility work on the site, Radcliffes understood the constraints of the building and were able to work with the appointed contractors and engineers to develop a delivery programme which allowed early fit out and occupation by tenants.
