Highcross Leicester

As part of on-going modernisation of the High Cross Shopping Centre, Leicester, the management team have identified that the enhancement of the existing entrance to East Gates, High Street, New Bond Street and Church Gate will attract more customers to the centre.

The project is currently part way through RIBA Stage 05. Radcliffes have managed the design, obtained planning approval, awarded contract and begun leading the construction phase since July 2025 for the first two of four entrance upgrades (High Street and Church Gate).
